What you are playing against
Hulk starts as Bruce Banner, who fires the Gamma Ray Gun and throws a Gamma Grenade, then transforms with Puny Banner. The Season 10.5 balance post (Oct 6, 2026) sped up Banner's projectile from 80 to 120 m/s, so the Banner phase is less free than it used to be.
As Hero Hulk he punches with Heavy Blow, fires Gamma Burst, and shields himself and nearby allies with Indestructible Guard, which converts damage into ult charge for HULK SMASH!. Incredible Leap is his engage, and it can knock a flying enemy to the ground. Radioactive Lockdown immobilizes enemies but also makes them immune to ability effects; Heavy Blow or Gamma Burst ends it early.
Picks that work
Devil Dinosaur has the highest counter rating against Hulk (+11.8). Prehistoric Plating makes him immune to displacement, and Buddy Barrier slows anyone who jumps into it.
Peni Parker is a strong pick on our list and a team-pressure counter on Counterwatch (+9.7). Hulk has to leap into her webs and mines to do his job.

Habits that beat him
If a teammate is in Radioactive Lockdown, stop trying to cleanse or heal them. They are immune to abilities, allies included, until it ends.
Flyers should watch for a held jump. A charged Incredible Leap pulls Iron Man, Storm or Human Torch to the ground.
Make him fight Banner. If your team pressures him before Puny Banner is back, Banner is a squishy target with a grenade.
