What you are playing against
She grapples with Turn of Fortune, which steals Fortune, and lunges with Cat's Cradle. Fortune pays for Phantom Pursuit, a dash-and-flurry that flashes her back to where she started, and for Gilded Deal items: Helm of Hades makes her invisible, Faltine Flame Orb reveals enemies, Ring of Zona opens a portal, and Mento-Fish grounds enemies and disables their movement abilities. Calling Card, her ult, lets her dash to any enemy in sight.
Season 10 (Sep 8, 2026) replaced Phantom Pursuit's invincibility with 50% damage reduction plus Unstoppable, made her trail visible during Helm of Hades, and turned up her footsteps.
Picks that work
Tanks who survive her burst and punish her up close: The Thing, Devil Dinosaur, Peni Parker, plus Gorr on the duelist side and Mister Fantastic (+9.6).
Her easiest matchups are Rocket (+18.3), Invisible Woman, Mantis, Jeff and Hawkeye. Those players need peel when she's around.
Habits that beat her
Phantom Pursuit returns her to her starting point. Aim where she started, not where she's slashing.
Listen for footsteps and watch for the trail when she goes invisible. Both got easier to spot in Season 10.
If she buys Mento-Fish, get out of the field. It grounds you and disables your movement abilities.
