What you are playing against
Yeowoo Guseul fires a Fox Marble that bounces and homes, damaging enemies and healing allies. Spectral Surge spends a Spirit Tail on a spectral fox that heals and grants invulnerability to allies it passes, while it damages and Charms enemies toward her. Spirit Sanctuary teleports her to an ally with a heal and a shield. Fox Form Awakening turns her into a close-range healer with Claw Strike, Tail Sweep (launch-up) and Predatory Pounce. Kumiho Unleashed, her ult, heals continuously and adds Ninefold Slam and Blessed by the Nine, which gives one ally healing, Unstoppable and lifesteal. In Kumiho form she can't be healed by others.
Picks that work
Area damage and flyers: Squirrel Girl, Human Torch, Moon Knight and Iron Man are all mixed-threat counters, and Black Panther applies team pressure.
Our picker agrees on most of these and adds Venom as a good pick.
Habits that beat her
Spirit Sanctuary pulls her to an ally. Kill the ally she would teleport to and she has nowhere to go.
When Spectral Surge grants invulnerability to her team, stop shooting and reposition until it wears off.
In Kumiho form nobody else can heal her. That is the moment to focus her.
